A busy day with letter Ee practice, cutting playdough, the itsy Bitsy Spider nursery rhyme, and Picture Day! The kids loved when Mr. Robert did his magic tricks!

 
 
 

Pumpkin week with the 3’s! Life cycle book, pumpkin cutting, marble painting, and orange playdough and rice sensory bins.

 

To see a lot of pumpkins we went to Casa de Fruta

 
 

Miss Jayna worked with the kids to carve our class pumpkin. Some kids got to feel and scoop out the insides and they all designed and discussed how they wanted it to look. When we lit the candle inside they were so proud of how it turned out.

Science days are my favorite! Our dinosaurs got trapped in ice! How do you melt the ice to rescue them? You can use warm water in a squirt bottle, sprinkle some salt on the ice, you can use the warmth of you hands (brr!), or very patiently by using a dropper with water. Bonus! They get to keep their dinos! They seemed to LOVE this activity!
